Best date with my Girl at the China Acrobatic Circus

It's been a long time since I last watched a circus and I'm glad that I got a chance to watch the All-New China Acrobatic Circus with my daughter. As expected, it's spectacular and breathtaking! One of the best date with my girl!

Acts:

Gorgeous Girls with Diabolo
Starring Peking Opera's Huadan (Heroine) in beautifully choreographed techniques and dances. Performers are dressed up in splendid fashion that playfully teases the eyes of the audiences. This gracefully match the intrinsic movements of the performers as they skip and catch diabolos.

Awards:
• President Award of the 26th International Circus Festival of Tomorrow, France
• Golden Clown Award of the 37th International Circus Festival of Monte-Carlo
• Globe Award of the 12th Budapest Festival in Hungary
• Gold Award of the 1st International Festival of Circus Art on Fontanka in St. Petersburg

Plate Spin
In this act, performers sing and dance while balancing and spinning 10 plates in their hands. This also includes an actress balancing the spinning plates in a backward bending position while standing on their actor's head.

Award:
• Golden Lion Award at the 4th China National Acrobatic Festival

Chinese Red (Bicycle Skill)
A breathtaking show where a number of performers doing a series of exciting and fascinating acrobatics while all rides in one bicycle.

Rose Bud (Contortionist)
An actor performs as a mythical fox in a series of dance, contortion and coquetry.

The Ninth Wave (Skills on Poles)
This act is inspired by the famous Russian painter Ivan Aivazovsky and his work depicting soldiers braving the angry ocean.

• Golden Chrysanthemum Award of the 10th Chinese Acrobatics Competition
• Golden Tiger Award of the 4th China International Circus Art Festival
• Special Award and Silver Clown Award of the 43rd International Circus Festival of Monte-Carlo

Holy Warriors (Stunts through Hoops)
Masterfully tumbling through hoops with a variety and speed, coherence and and dazzling somersaults, Actors will awe the audience. This act challenges gravity as performers tumble in a tower of hoops with a spectacular height of 3 meters.

Award:
• Golden Clown Award of the 37th International Circus Festival of Monte-Carlo

Lotus (Umbrella Juggling)
Can you juggle five balls in your hands? How about four umbrellas? Yes. In this act, an actor juggles a number of umbrella with his hands and feet.

Ball Catching
Now, juggle with a number of balls in your hands while going up and down the stairs or even do crazy stunts.

The All-New China Acrobat Circus is performing at the Smart Araneta Coliseum from December 25, 2019 to January 4, 2020. 

All performances are great and we really enjoyed watching it together and would love to come back and bring the whole family.
