The International Coastal Cleanup (ICC), a global movement celebrated yearly on the 3rd day of September, with more than 100 countries participating worldwide including the Philippines, as they bring together the community towards a common objective of collecting and documenting the trash littering the coastline. This is the first time that I watched barista competition and I am amazed with the talents of Filipinos. This year's winner is Michelle Anne Rivera from Toby's Estate Coffee Maker. She is the only female in the competition and her first time to compete. Rivera created a fusion of coffee and tea which are both popular drinks.
