Home Credit & Credit Information Corporation: 6 Master tips to be a Master Borrower

Who doesn't have a loan? Most of us have loans and it's not bad to say that we do have one. Some use credit cards for emergency, paying bills, personal purchases and more other reasons. Loans as we all know have many purposes like starting a business, for education and emergency as well. There are so many loan types with different purposes. According to data from Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, about 50% of adult Filipinos have an outstanding debt, while another 33% had borrowed money from the past. I'm sure that a lot of us can relate when it comes to the matter about debts. Among these borrowers, there is an increasing number that has taken loans from lending or financing companies. For one obvious reason we see about the popularity growth of "non-traditional" consumer finance companies is the fewer requirements than banks ask for, and the approval process is much quicker. The Gift of Healthy 'Crowning Glory' Fit for the Queen this Mother's Day

Image
CLICHE it may be, but there's indeed a woman behind the person we are today. And that's no less than her - our mother. We used to call her nanay, inay, 'nay, mama, mommy or simply mom. Needless to say, she deserves more than that given the pivotal role she fulfills in rearing us from childhood to adulthood and possibly for the rest of our lives. There may be opposing beliefs whether that great maternal instinct is biologically predetermined or socially imposed, but everyone would agree that a mother is hardwired to love and care about the whole family, especially the children, all the time. For better or worse, it's always the welfare of everyone at home on top of her priority. No wonder, she's an epitome of a doting human being that touches everybody's life. So, it's but right to honor and return all the favors she has done for us. And what a better way to do this than this Mother's Day.  Still drooling over the ways on how to spend this

A Week of Mother's Day Celebration

Image
Makati City, Philippines - The love shared between a mother and child is celebrated each year, a bond that no storm could ever break. The love that will never disappear despite all the hardships moms go through. Last May 7, Century City Mall celebrated Mother's Day activities, a  special day of mother-child bonding and workshops by The Parent Emporium that made this one of the most unforgettable days of motherhood. There was also a serenade by the teachers of Expression Music with "Popular Mother Songs" and the ever-favorite Frozen song to all the kid audience sung by Ms. Rachelle Verns. My favorite part of the day is the blindfold game wherein the children were blindfolded and each child had to identify their moms by feeling their face, hair, and hands as they stood beside other fellow moms! The actitivity was done in collaboration with the James McKay Foundation Inc. and the Philippine National School for the Blind, who sent their students and the

Supermom Teresa Loyzaga Beats the Odds to Live Deeper

Image
Teresa Loyzaga, as I've known her since my pubescent years, is one of the best actresses. For decades, she's been portraying many roles both in reel and real life, where she portrayed to great effect quite a multiple characters. With all the characters that she played, however, it is her role as daughter to her father basketball legend Carlos Loyzaga and mom Victoria, sister to her siblings Chito, Joey, Princess and Bing, and  of course mother to sons Joseph and Diego, that she considers priceless and closest to her heart. After all, she says, family means everything. And while many might think that her life in showbiz is one of sheer glamour and prestige, Teresa also endured her fair share of challenges, not the least of which is being a single mother to two kids whom she single handedly raised in the face of trials.  "The hardest part for me was not being able to be with them physically as much as I wanted to because I had to work," she confides. &q
