A Dozen Butter Cupcakes

Preparing snacks for the family especially for kids can be sometimes difficult. For some, it can be just a simple snack. For our kids like mine, they always ask for something new and different.So, to make it simple and new, I tried MAYA Oven Toaster Butter Cake mix. What's so cool about this recipe is either you bake it in your conventional oven/ oven toaster, or use a steamer. Cool, right?

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons softened butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup water
1 pack MAYA Oven Toaster Butter Cake Mix 200g
1/4 cup powdered sugar (optional)

Procedure:
🌠 Preheat oven to 350⁰F/177⁰C
🌠 Mix butter, eggs, water & cake mix in a bowl until well blended.
🌠 Put cupcake liners in muffin pan. 
🌠 Pour batter in each cupcake liner about 3/4 of the liner.
🌠 Do not cover with foil.
🌠 Bake for 30 minutes or until done or insert a toothpick and see if it comes out clean.
🌠 Let cool for about 15 minutes, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.


The result is perfect! Easy to follow steps and you won't ever get wrong! It's soft and moist that made my kids request for another batch. This is what I love about Maya Cake Mixes, just a small box makes our day extra special.
