San Pedro BBQ Sauce at iba pa
Oftentimes I think of something new in my kitchen. Not just the cookwares, but most importantly the food that I serve to my family. My kids are hard to impress and they always ask for a different taste. Sometimes, I struggle what to cook next specially when I'm in a rush!
When I heard about San Pedro BBQ Sauce at iba pa, I wondered if it's as tasteful as it looks. I got one bottle to try first and honestly, my family loved it! I made my own version of Savory Roasted Pork and used San Pedro BBQ Sauce. The sauce is savory and really made an impression to us!
It took them 10 years to finally engage San Pedro BBQ Sauce at iba pa! in sharing their delectable blend to the public. It all started when they thought of starting a small business on the streets which came to a point that people even requested to buy their marinated meat whenever the BBQ store is closed. This brought about the idea of selling the succulent fusion in a bottle.
The balanced salty and sweet taste with a kick of pepper is the best way to describe the San Pedro BBQ Sauce ATBP! experience.
A bottle of San Pedro BBQ Sauce can be used for a maximum of 1 1/2 kg. meat. The sauce can be used for pork, chicken, steak or even fish! Some used it for shrimp dip or as ramen sauce, and Salmon is the most recent successful combination. That's why they called it "San Pedro BBQ Sauce at iba pa!" You can experiment on any food which brings out our creativity in the kitchen.
It's so easy to use! For BBQ,
- Pour in 2/3 of the thick sauce to the meat for a minimum of 1 hour or overnight.
- Mix the remaining sauce with a small amount of oil and use it for basting.
- Turn and baste it on both sides while cooking.
what else is good about San Pedro BBQ Sauce? The shelf life is one year and for every bottle sold they will donate 5 pesos to cancer patients.
Since I am so happy with my last minute recipe, I will share it with you.
Savory Roast Pork
Ingredients:
1 kilo pork liempo
San Pedro BBQ Sauce at iba pa
1 onion, sliced
cornstarch
water
salt
whole black pepper
1 Tbsp white sugar (optional)
Procedure:
1. In a pot, pour enough water to cover the pork, add onion, salt and black pepper. Bring to a boil and lower heat to slow cook for just about 15 minutes. (I do this to use the stock for soup and saves time in roasting.)
2. Remove the pork and pat dry. Roast for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
3. Let it rest in the oven until ready to serve. Slice to your desired sized.
For the sauce:
1. In a saucepan, pour 1/2 of San Pedro BBQ Sauce at iba pa, add about 3 Tbsp. water and 1 Tbsp. cornstarch and white sugar (optional). Simmer for about 3 minutes.
2. Pour the sauce on the sliced meat.
** Adding water and sugar is optional. My kids just like a lighter and sweeter taste. For us adults, I just heat the sauce and serve.
