Food Business with Low Start-up Capital

Nowadays, a lot of people are thinking of starting a new business and because there are so many business offers we couldn't decide which one is good that will surely give profit. Food industry is fast growing not just here in the Philippines, but also around the world. For me, food is the most in demand and also has a great opportunity for an early return of investment especially when we know that the product we offer has great quality and good taste. We want to sell or promote something that people will definitely trust and love.

I was introduced to JAM Foods & Co. 2 days ago when I was invited to attend a talk and dinner at Hexagon Lounge which is co-owned by Chef John Cu-Unjieng and his wife Michelle. JAM Foods & Co. is the group behind the famous U.S.D.A. Angus Beef Tapa, Salpicao and other premium ready-to-cook products. Good news is, they are now accepting distributors/resellers which is open to anyone who would like to start their own business.

"With having the choice to sell from their own homes or their own communities, it makes them more efficient," said Chef John. Chef John and his wife Michelle, owners of JAM Foods & Co., believe that with this method, it encourages young entrepreneurs to sell at their own convenience.

Checf John also mentioned that all spices they use to season and preserve are all-natural from abroad and some other local spices. They don't use MSG and product has its own unique flavor that makes JAM Foods & Co. different from its competitor. Their pork belly come in crates from France and New Zealand. Raost slabs are also available. JAM Foods do local poultry and the ducks are imported from California.

They started with Angus Tapa, servicing products in restaurants for few years. Chef John was invited at the Ultimate Taste Challenge (UTT) and became the overall winner. Gradually, they added Hot & Spicy Angus Tapa, Premium Lean Angus Tapa, Korean Beef Barbeque, Angus Burger Patties, Angus Ribeye, Top Fillet Steaks, dips and spice blends to the table of  quality products of the JAM Foods & Co. With this line of products, aside from distributing or reselling, you can open a small restaurant or online food delivery. I've tried most of these products and they are excellent and uniquely blended with their original recipes. It comes in packs, so for everyday meals it's very convenient and quick cooking.

With the expert meat-handling and exceptional creativity of Chef John Cu-Unjieng, JAM Foods have captivated the Filipino Foodies through its unparalleled quality of their products, great value and passion in all its ventures, which are the reasons why JAM Foods became one of the most discerning homemakers' companion at the dining table. I'm sure, once you've tried their products you will definitely want more.
