My Fiery Style Estancia Experience

I was introduced to Mexican food when I was in my teenage years and since then I became a big fan especially the nachos. Luckily, I was invited for the soft opening of Fiery Style last December 8 in Capitol Commons, Estancia Ayala Mall. At a first glance, I know that this is the place for me. 

Fiery Style is a Southwest cuisine, Latin American and Mexican cuisine. They have the best nachos in town. The steaks they serve are from the U.S. They never stop to develop creativity in food and service. They will be offering their new selection of Southwestern cuisine towards the end of the year and I'm sure that many followers of the restaurant are looking forward to try. 

The place is really fantastic! Guests are welcome with good acoustic music that I really love! Fiery Style is known for their nachos and so we will not let the night pass without trying—the best nachos in town. 

Fiery Nachos

Your choice of corn chips or potato chips, topped with cheese sauce, guacamole, tomato salsa, jalapeños and sour cream & choices of grilled jalapeno lime chicken, Mexican chili beef, BBQ pulled pork or Barbequed beef brisket. This is a fantastic starter that can be paired with drinks of your choice. 

Lord of the Wings

I recommend this to everyone who loves chicken! 3 different flavors that will satisfy one's choice of taste. 24 chicken wings, 8 of each, topped with following flavours:

• Hot Hot Hot Sauce & Jalapeños
• Nacho Cheese Sauce & Bacon
• Texan-Style BBQ

Galleon of Bones

A galleon of Barbeque beef ribs, chicken wings and meaty pork hammers, with your choice of Southwest chips, fiery rice, coleslaw, & Texan Style barbeque sauce. 

Southwest Burgers
Served with Cajun Fries or Southwest Chips Choices of Buns toppings (black or white sesame)

Southwest Churros

For dessert, I chose this classic churros recipe with a twist! Served with vanilla or chocolate ice cream.

Classic Paloma
Grapefruit & lime with Tequila shaken to perfection and served in glass with salted rim.
This cocktail is for those who want a not so strong drink that can be ordered bottomless.

The night won't be complete without the good acoustic music.

Opening of the sixth branch in Capitol Commons, Estancia ayala Mall, Pasig City. Other braches are Mall of Asia, Resorts World Manila, Festival Mall, Forbes Town, and Evia Lifestyle Center. The next branch they're opening is in Southwoods on December 20, 2018, and soon will be opening in Okada and Uptown Mall. They're planning to reach 15 branches by 2019.

Fiery Style garnered three awards this year as the Best Mexican Restaurant, and I must say it's one of the best. Aside from the good food and good music, I like the Mexican homey ambiance that will make you feel more comfortable and relaxed while you dine & drink. for the restaurant staff, they're all accommodating with our requests and patient with all our inquiries.
