PAL launches an enhanced inflight entertainment and connectivity system
Nowadays, every traveler wants and needs to have online access especially when there's an important matter that has to be done online. We all want to have the best experience while travelling. It's good to know that Philippine Airlines officially re-launched its new Inflight Entertainment and Connectivity System providing passengers a redefined, innovative and entertaining way to fly.
Through this, a lot of us don't have to worry on something that needs to be done while on plane. We can now have access online to whatever we want, whether for business or entertainment.

The system has four components:myPAL eSuite, eSuite, myPAL Player, myPAL Wi-fi and myPAL Mobile.
PAL President and Chief Operating Officer Jaime J. Bautista said, "As we enbark on our journey to become a five-star, full-service carrier and a source of pride for Filipinos everywhere, we will continue to enhance our customers' experience. Ultimately, making more people to fall in love even more with Philippine Airlines."

The myPAL eSuite allows passengers to be entertained with over 300 hours of free movies, TV shows and music from either personal TVs or overhead screens. Personal TVs are available on flights to and from Vancouver, Toronto, New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles via the Boeing 777-300ER. Personal TVs are available on Business and overhead screens are available on Economy Class.

Another component of the Inflight Entertainment and Connectivity System is myPAL Wi-fi, which enables passengers to surf the net and stay connected even at 30,000 feet above the ground. As part of 75th anniversary, Philippine Airlines is offering free Wi-fi use of 30 minutes or up to 15MB usage until February 8, 2017. Upgrade plans are also available on board. Mabuhay Miles' Million Milers get complimentary data usage of up to 150MB.
The myPAL Wi-fi is currently available on board the Airbus A330 and the B777-300ER.

Completing the system is myPAL Mobile, which enables passengers to call and send text messages from their own device inflight. With roaming activated, they can also use their mobile data to surf the internet. Roaming rates apply and are determined by the mobile service provider. The myPAL Mobile is available on the Airbus A330 and the Boeing B777-300ER.
