JOHNSON'SⓇ and Mercury Drug Foundation, Inc. partnered in support of the well-being of mothers and babies at Dr. Fabella Memorial Hospital

JOHNSON'SⓇ has been in my home since childhood and now as a mom of five. I trust JOHNSON'SⓇ because of its commitment in providing only the gentlest care for babies and kids. That's why a lot of moms like me trust JOHNSON'SⓇ for the family.

In a move to #ChooseGentle and extend gentleness to mothers and newborn babies in critical need, JOHNSON'SⓇ launched a partnership with Mercury Drug Foundation, Inc. to provide 3,600 maternity kits to mothers and babies in partner hospitals and birthing centers in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

With the support of everyone who purchased JOHNSON'SⓇ products from Mercury Drug stores nationwide, JOHNSON'SⓇ and Mercury Drug Foundation formally turned over 1,500 maternity kits to Dr. Fabella Memorial Hospital on November 19.

"2019 marks an important milestone for JOHNSON'SⓇ as we've re-launched our gentlest range of products for babies and kids. As we celebrate this milestone, we also remember the bigger reason behind our advocacy," shared JOHNSON'SⓇ Baby South East Asia Marketing Director Maimai Punzalan. "In today's world where babies and kids are becoming more exposed to harshness, JOHNSON'SⓇ 'Choose Gentle'  advocacy stems from the need to help build a better, gentler world every child can thrive."

With the shared vision of helping improve the lives of Filipino families nationwide, the 'Choose Gentle' advocacvy marks JOHNSON'SⓇ first-ever partnership with Mercury Drug foundation, Inc. the corporate social responsibility arm of Mercury Drug Corporation.
"Since Mercury Drug foundation's inception in 1983, our organization has been committed to promoting and advancing the health and well-being of Filipino families in the most vulnerable communities. The 'Choose Gentle' advocacy upholds this very commitment and we are pleased to work with JOHNSON'SⓇ towards helping build a healthy nation," said Mercury Drug Foundation, Inc. Executive Director Annie Fuentes.
Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital is among the 6 beneficiary hospitals and birthing centers nationwide to receive maternity kits that aim to help newborns and their mothers nationwide within the critical first few weeks. The kits contain toiletry items, garments, and the all-new JOHNSON'SⓇ CottonTouch™ . Clinically proven mild and safe from the first day of life, CottonTouch™ is JOHNSON'SⓇ best hypoallergenic care especially designed for newborn sensitive skin.

John Pratts, Actor and TV Host, was also present to support the move to #ChooseGentle. He talked about being a husband, the time when he witnessed the hardship of his wife in labor and how he love his wife more. And as a father, he choose to be gentle to his kids and talk to them in a gentle way.
